Local Authority Approvals

Again, we would recommend that you employ an independent fully qualified Architect to carry out the design of your project and apply for local authority approval. If required, however, we can apply for all statutory approvals on your behalf, including the following :-

• Planning Permission.
• Listed Building Consent.
• Conservation Area Consent.
• Building Warrant.
